Halloween mini cupcakes for the kids.

This was for a little boys Halloween party. Just the right size for the kids.

About my creations:

I started creating cupcakes at my daughter Presley's 1st birthday and have been going strong ever since. I try to make eveything edible. These are the healthier cupcakes because I try to cut out the cholesterol, lower the fat and calories by using eggwhites and applesauce. I can also do eggless cupcakes for egg allergies!
